Exquisite Restaurant Experience

We had an lovely lunch at Waterfall Ristorante Italiano. The atmosphere was vibrant, and the service was perfect. The Italian cuisine was authentic and flavorful, truly one of the best dining experiences we've had in Singapore. We were also impressed by the extensive wine selection. A must-visit for anyone staying at the hotel!

Amazing Kids Club!

The Buds Kids Club at Shangri-La is simply fantastic! My kids were engaged and entertained with a variety of activities from indoor gym sessions to art projects. The staff were incredibly friendly and made my 6 and 8-year-olds feel right at home. It offered us some precious time to explore Singapore while knowing our children were in safe hands.

Luxurious Room Ambiance

Staying in the newly-renovated Tower Wing was a dream come true! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable furnishings that made us feel right at home. We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially during our family celebration. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully for our child's birthday, making it a memorable experience. The service from the staff was commendable, but we encountered some minor issues with the front desk. The location is convenient for shopping, but it's a bit isolated when it comes to public transport.

I recently celebrated my 35th anniversary at this hotel, and it was a memorable experience. The staff's friendliness, from check-in to the lounge, made a significant impact on our stay. We particularly enjoyed the 24th-floor lounge, where Anjan provided fantastic suggestions for exploring Singapore. However, there were some hiccups with the reservations team prior to our stay that nearly caused a cancellation. Overall, a great experience but with room for improvement in their customer service processes.
