We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, especially during our family celebration. The rooms were spacious and decorated beautifully for our child's birthday, making it a memorable experience. I recently celebrated my 35th anniversary at this hotel, and it was a memorable experience. The staff's friendliness, from check-in to the lounge, made a significant impact on our stay. We particularly enjoyed the 24th-floor lounge, where Anjan provided fantastic suggestions for exploring Singapore. However, there were some hiccups with the reservations team prior to our stay that nearly caused a cancellation. Overall, a great experience but with room for improvement in their customer service processes.
