wonderful hotel stay
breakfast options fitness centre welcome pack direct access
i found the breakfast options extensive. the fitness centre included many options. kids received a welcome pack. the hotel has direct access to orchard road strip.
the pool area was great though, for a hotel this size, i thought there may be a bigger pool available.

the staff throughout the hotel are friendly. the staff are also attentive. they are always happy to help. staff members balance world-class professionalism with an effortless human touch.

The pool area featured lush greenery. It created a relaxing atmosphere. the buffet breakfast included many delicious options. the staff members were attentive and helpful. i really enjoyed the lounge food.
the hotel is a bit far from the bustling streets. it is a short walk or ride by taxi.

hot pool luxurious pool
i found the hot pool quite hot. the foot massage was a dream. the pool was luxurious
I felt very unheard , and given the difficulties i faced, i regret choosing this hotel. i do not feel comfortable recommending it. breakfast is chaotic with many coughing children. Why not have a family section
